About Associates

Quantemplate Associates are trusted advisors who help their clients find and adopt solutions for automated data workflows. When Associates recommend Quantemplate to their clients, they earn a recurring share of the licence fee.

The programme is designed for professionals such as consultants, brokers, accountants, and technology advisors who already support organisations with data, software, or operational decisions.

Organisations in the Associates programme are identified by an Associates badge in the Partners list of the Admin panel.

For Quantemplate customers

If your organisation was introduced to Quantemplate by an Associate, you can select that Associate in the Subscription section of the Admin panel.

In the Admin panel, go to the Subscription section.
Go to the ‘Your Associate’ tab.
You’ll be shown a list of Partner organisations who have Associate status.
Select the Associate who introduced you to Quantemplate. This recognises the firm that referred you and enables Quantemplate to share a portion of the licence fee with them.

Once selected, your Associate will be retained for a minimum of two years, after which you can continue to retain them or select an alternative Associate.

Selecting an Associate does not cost you any extra or affect your product features, support, or billing relationship with Quantemplate.

For Associate organisations

Apply to become an Associate

To apply to join the programme, sign up for a Quantemplate Pro subscription and complete the in-app Associate application.

Sign up for a Quantemplate Pro subscription.
In the Admin panel, go to the Associates tab.
Confirm your company name and address details.
Confirm your credit card details, which are required to verify your business via payment processor Stripe’s compliance checks. There won't be any additional charges made to the card.
Enter information about your industry, a description of your business, and your clients.
Agree to the Associate Programme Terms and Conditions.

All applicants are reviewed, verified, and approved by the Quantemplate team. After verification, Quantemplate provides an onboarding call and marketing resources to help you get started.

Get selected by your clients

When a client you’ve referred subscribes to Quantemplate and lists your organisation as their Associate, you’ll receive 10% of their licence fee for as long as they remain connected to you. Once selected as an Associate, you will be retained for a minimum of two years, provided the client continues to subscribe during that time. Make sure your client has selected your organisation as their Associate in the Subscription tab of their Admin panel.

Your Associate dashboard

Once you've been accepted onto the programme, the Associates tab in the Admin panel will show a list of the clients who have selected you as their Associate.

Payments

Payments are made on a monthly basis. When earnings are due, a summary of earnings for the month will be sent to you. Once we receive an invoice from you, funds will be remitted. Please see the Associate Programme Terms and Conditions for full details.
