Create and manage reports

Creating a new report from within the report view

  1. Click the [+] button next to the report name. This creates a new blank report.
  2. Rename your report by clicking on the report name.

Creating a new report from within the repo

  1. Open the repo
  2. Click the new report button at top left of repo. This creates a new blank report
    and closes the repo.
  3. Rename your report by clicking on the report name.

Organise and duplicate reports

Reports are sorted by name, with owner and edit history displayed alongside.
Search reports by report name by clicking in the search bar.

Duplicating a report

In the repo, hover over the report you wish to duplicate. Click the duplicate button which appears near the end of the row. The report is instantly duplicated and the repo closed. The suffix ‘– copy’ is added to the duplicate report’s name.

Archive and restore reports

Archive reports

To archive a report, click the archive button at the end of the row which appears at the end of the row on hovering an entry in the repo. Archived documents are not deleted, but hidden from the repo. Note that data and reports in Quantemplate cannot be deleted.

View and restore archived reports

  1. Click the 'toggle archived' button in the top right of the repo to show archived reports.
  2. Clicking a report opens it in the report view and closes the repo.
  3. To restore the report to the repo, open the repo and click the restore button at the end of the row.
